There is no shortage of fun things to do here in New York City. This summer, we think it’s all about exploring this city to the fullest with the kids, friends, or on your own. And do so on the cheap with the library’s Cultural Pass.
If you’re a library cardholder, you can score free entry to New York’s top cultural attractions. Reserve a pass online by using your card to enjoy free admission to places that include Brooklyn Botanic Garden, Kaufman Music Center, and The Morgan Library & Museum. For a full list of participating organizations, please see here.
For those who do not currently have a free public library card, getting one is easy. Head online to visit your library’s website (Brooklyn Public Library, New York Public Library, or Queens Public Library) to request a card. Keep in mind that to obtain a card, you’ll need to be a New York resident (and show proof of residency) or go to school in the city.
