Dining out in New York City can be pretty pricey. Even a casual lunch with friends or co-workers can set you back. But now you can dine in Midtown during lunch without it hurting the wallet.
The newly opened Avra Estiatorio Rockefeller Center recently launched its lunch service with a prix fixe menu that’s a serious deal. At just $32.50 per person, guests have a choice of a first course, main course, and dessert, all while enjoying a beautiful, breezy setting that makes you feel you’re anywhere but Midtown.
You’ll have the option of ordering the fresh Greek salad or Spanakopita (made with baked filo and stuffed with spinach and feta leeks) for your first course, and sea bass served with leafy greens or chicken Frites paired with crispy Greek fries for your main course. As for dessert, there is the traditional baklava along with a chocolate-yogurt cheesecake and an orange cake that is out of this world.
Avra Estiatorio’s lunch prix fixe is served daily, from 11:30 AM – 4:30 PM. During lunch, you can also check out Avra’s all-day menu if you prefer to order à la carte.
Whether you’re working nearby or hitting up a show in the area, this lunch deal is perfect for anyone who wants good food (and lots of it) at an affordable price.
